The revolutionary carriage is size-specific and consists of lightweight, modular components that enable the upper and lower jaws to be mounted by hand around the pipe. This eliminates the need to lift and fit a whole carriage into a small space. For any orientation needed for plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC installations, including vertical and overhead, it will fuse the pipe.

The bigger HPU has wheels that make it easier to allow operators to pull it through confined indoor areas even though the walls are already framed in. Each HPU provides low power consumption with an intelligent design enabling both the heater and the facer to plug into the HPU, permitting the whole unit to draw power from a single receptacle only.

The Acrobat with QuikFit is compatible with the DataLogger 6 and vertical fusions can also be performed.
