The McElroy Sidewinder Fusion Machine can saddle fuse pipe sizes as small as four inches IPS to branch saddles and tapping tees. We provide a pair of configuration options with the Jaw Clamp and Chain Clamp. The Sidewinder is also designed to work easily with the McElroy DataLogger.

The DataLogger is an Android-powered tablet designed to record and document essential fusion process parameters. It is highly useful in verifying the proper fusion procedures are being conducted prior to installation and it can record useful data such as heater temperature. All data is backed up for easy access locally or online.

The Pit Bull 14 and Pit Bull 26 are both compact, lightweight machines that utilize McElroy’s unique Centerline Guidance System. The 14 can butt fuse ells, tees, and additional fittings with exceptional results. The 26 features a semi-automatic locking cam system that maintains force during the cooling cycle and it can fuse pipes as small as 2” IPS to 6” DIPS and 63mm to 180mm.
